He brought me a stencil and asked if the filigree was okay, I replied it was very basic but it's okay I could always add to the filigre later to enhance them! He wuoted me $200! He then bent my arm on an arm rest so that I couldn't see it wheel because I'm in a wheelchair! Not only did this "Owner" misspell several words but entirely left one out! And one word was curved and he blamed the way he had my arm positioned on the board, so instead of adjusting my arm, he tattooed it curved and then blamed me for not being able to see how my arm was lying on the board! Then he started wrap my arm without showing me the tat for approval! I then noticed no filigree was added! He made some excuse and then said it would be another $50 for a couple pre-school liking scribbled lines! I left upset and in tears!.... Next day returned and requested a refund since he kept telling me during tattoo he guarantees all his work! He refused, became irate and would not even give us a reciept of copy of consent forms signed! We called the police amd thermoset report and informed us tontine him in fog several reasons!
